Dan was really great to work with. He understood what we wanted to accomplish in a short amount of time. Jim the sales guy was very pleasant and showed us the difference between the grades of carpet and the options of colors of the ones we asked for, We kinda threw a cure at Jim by adding in a bathroom floor, which we want with a plank which turned out great. There was no pressure to choose color or type of flooring.The installers were great also they explained what they were doing and did what they said also did a great job of clean up.
I would have to say in all that we had a perfect experience with everyone in this project.
